Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems Identity & Messaging Team. The role will be based in Cairo, supporting local operations and contributing to global IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online), as well as exposure to Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem and Online, Hybrid)).
• Provide operational support for Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, Security & Compliance)
• Support related infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Certificates, and Remote Desktop Services
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure IT governance and service continuity

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in:
• Active Directory / Domain Controllers
• Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem, Online, Hybrid)
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
• Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, Security & Compliance Center)
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, Certificate Management, MFA, and Group Policy
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills, able to work in a distributed team setup
