Role Overview
We are looking for a
Mid-Level Node.js Engineer to join our backend engineering team. You will build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend features and APIs using Node.js.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews.
- Implement unit tests and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Work in an agile environment, contributing to planning and sprint execution.
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Good understanding of API security, authentication, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
