We are looking for a skilled and driven Production / Milling Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in flour mills and pasta manufacturing plants, with a strong background in production optimization and industrial maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations in flour milling and pasta manufacturing lines.
- Ensure optimal performance of milling, wheat processing, and F&B production systems.
- Monitor production targets, efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for production optimization and cost reduction.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate effectively with management and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Milling, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in flour mills and pasta manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of milling technology, wheat processing, and food production systems.
- Experience in industrial maintenance and production optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage production targets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
- NOC or Transfer of Sponsorship is mandatory.
