Role Location and Work Cycle:
This role supports customer operations across Dubai and the Middle East Customer deployments.
One month based in Dubai, Qatar, or other Middle East countries, primarily supporting customer mine sites and operational locations, with additional work performed from regional offices as required.
All international travel will be arranged via designated regional hubs as required.
This rotational engagement ensures strong technical alignment with our engineering centre in Hyderabad while delivering consistent, hands-on technical support to customers across Dubai, Qatar, and other Middle East regions.
Position Overview:
The Technical Support Supervisor is a frontline technical leader responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and coordinating the deployment of HME Solutions end-to-end mining technology ecosystem, including:
This role blends technical problem-solving, operational support, customer engagement, and team leadership. The Supervisor oversees Level 1 and Level 2 support activities, coordinates with software and hardware engineering teams, mentors junior technicians, and ensures high system uptime across customer fleets and infrastructure.
The role plays a critical part in system commissioning, operator and supervisor training, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across mine sites in Dubai, Qatar, and other Middle East regions.

Maintain accurate support logs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base entries
Key Skills and Competencies:
Qualification and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
35 years of direct technical support experience in mining technology, heavy equipment systems, GNSS/GPS, telematics, or industrial IoT.
Experience with FMS deployments (surface or underground) is highly desirable.
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
Must possess valid visas for Dubai (UAE) and Qatar, and be willing to travel globally as per business requirements.
