Provide variance analysis, forecasting, and resource utilization reports.
Documentation & Process Management
Maintain project documentation repositories and version control.
Support audits and reviews with accurate, timely data.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with project managers, finance, and leadership to align reporting with strategic goals.
Present findings in clear, executive-ready formats.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks and project lifecycle management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, VBA).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and project management software (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
Certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
