Seemo Social is a leading international model and talent agency based in Egypt, representing exclusive talent across fashion and entertainment. We work closely with top local and international brands while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and care for our models.

We are seeking a Model Operations Coordinator to join our team in Maadi. This role oversees model apartments, coordinates logistics and shoots, mediates conflicts, and ensures a smooth experience for models throughout their contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Operations

  • Act as the primary operational contact for models during their contract.
  • Handle day-to-day needs, requests, and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Mediate conflicts and ensure models understand house rules and schedules.

Model Apartment Management

  • Oversee apartments, coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Conduct regular apartment inspections and manage move-ins/outs.
  • Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers.

Shoot & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage model schedules, shoots, and appointments.
  • Ensure all logistics for shoots run smoothly, including transportation, on-site needs, and any special requirements.
  • Ensure models are punctual, prepared, and safe during shoots.
  • Liaise with drivers, logistics teams, internal staff, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all shoots.

Problem Solving & Crisis Management

  • Handle emergencies or last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Resolve operational issues while maintaining professionalism.
  • Escalate major concerns to management with clear reporting.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain records related to apartments, incidents, schedules, and shoot logistics.
  • Provide regular updates and handovers to management.
  • Support operational procedure implementation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Based in Maadi, Cairo, able to work on-site.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-mediation abilities.
  • Experience in operations, hospitality, or talent management preferred.

Work Obligations

  • On-site role based in Maadi.
  • Flexible working hours, but must be available to respond promptly to emergencies or urgent operational issues.
  • Objective-oriented handovers required.
  • Weekly days off scheduled according to business needs
