Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Moderator at Carmen Perfumes. The Moderator will oversee content moderation on company platforms to maintain a respectful and engaging environment. Duties include reviewing and managing user-generated content, ensuring adherence to platform policies, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism. The role also involves monitoring communications, identifying areas for improvements, and contributing to fostering positive community interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in content review and moderation, with attention to detail and commitment to upholding brand standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer and community interactions professionally and empathetically.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, including conflict resolution and creating effective solutions in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, user engagement practices, or online customer service tools.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced situations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the luxury goods industry is a plus.
