Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Modern Trade Sales Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the modern trade segment, executing sales strategies to achieve targets, and expanding the company's presence in the B2C market. Activities will include monitoring sales performance, working closely with retail partners, ensuring product availability, and executing promotional campaigns to drive growth and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of modern trade, B2C markets, and retail distribution processes
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to monitor and report sales performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional fluency in English and local language
  • Ability to operate effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the commodities or FMCG sector is an advantage
