Job purpose

We are seeking a qualified Modern Workplace Cloud Solutions Specialist to help grow our business with Microsoft's portfolio of products, including MS 365 apps, MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Viva, MS Intune, and MS Identity & Access Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.

Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in IT operations and solutions deployment.
• Hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure and sound knowledge of Office 365 core features and security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure and Azure AD and hybrid topologies for identity.
• Experience with migrations from on-premises to M365, tenant to tenant and Gsuite to M365 scenarios.
• Sound knowledge of Zero Trust and how to achieve it using M365 suite.
• Experience with SharePoint workload migration will be a plus.
• Sound knowledge of Networking, Storage, Servers and Azure.

Mandatory Qualification & Certification

B.Sc. / Engineering graduates with an IT major

Certification in Office 365 will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and internal technology teams at various stages of solution design and delivery.
• Focus on project delivery and managing customers and stakeholders for the execution of projects with a primary focus on the M365 solution stack.
• Ability to architect solutions and migrate to target architecture comprising complex scenarios pertaining to migrations and hybrid setup.
• Provide inputs in designing solutions based on gathered requirements and engage with internal technology teams for review and approval.
• Participate in understanding the technology requirements of customers.
• Understand the concepts of IT solution development and operations.
• Handle operational requirements of customers and administrative activities needed as part of the role.
• Support in Responding to RFPs/RFIs pertaining to requirements of migration to the cloud and operating workloads on the cloud.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience in networking, storage, applications, and databases.
• Experience in gathering and analysis of requirements for IT solutions and operations.
• Hands-on experience with the design and delivery of IT solutions and operational support of applications.
• Ability to handle projects and handle planning and coordination with customers and stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, Security and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience in project management and IT operations management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Servers and databases, Linux.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred).
• Ability to present to various stakeholders and articulate clearly the business outcomes of technology investments.
