Modernization Sales Engineer
Mobility is the goal
- Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
- Perform the offer, negotiation, order and MOD sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG MOD targets and Schindler internal procedures.
- For clients in the current portfolio, Sales MOD will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
- Support and coordinate with the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.
- Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the MDC when required.
Mobility needs you
Education and Specialty:
- Top qualifications bachelor's degree Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.
Specific Training and Qualification:
- Computer skills at advanced level.
- Advanced English.
- High level of communication skills.
- Customer orientation.
- Presentation and negotiation skills
Experience Required:
- 4+ years being employed in sales at the same sector.
