Modernization Sales Engineer

We Elevate ..... Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive modernization sales growth for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory
  • Develop and manage accounts (building owners, consultants, FM companies, developers, government entities)
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and modernization technologies.
  • Identify modernization opportunities from the existing installed base (controllers, machines, doors, cabins, safety upgrades)
  • Manage and coordinate the full sales cycle: lead generation, site surveys, technical clarifications, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and clarifications with Support of Engineering DEPT.
  • Negotiate contract terms including payment milestones, delivery schedules, warranties, and penalties.
  • Support smooth handover from sales to operations and ensure scope clarity.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and operations for the Pull of the material.
  • Maintain pipeline with regular update.
  • Modernization order intake and revenue.
  • Build customer strong relationship

Mobility needs you


We Elevate.... Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in Sales and Modernization, preferably in elevator or vertical transportation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator industry processes (installation, commissioning, moderni-zation).
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
