Modernization Sales Engineer
We Elevate ..... Your Responsibilities:
- Drive modernization sales growth for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory
- Develop and manage accounts (building owners, consultants, FM companies, developers, government entities)
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and modernization technologies.
- Identify modernization opportunities from the existing installed base (controllers, machines, doors, cabins, safety upgrades)
- Manage and coordinate the full sales cycle: lead generation, site surveys, technical clarifications, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and clarifications with Support of Engineering DEPT.
- Negotiate contract terms including payment milestones, delivery schedules, warranties, and penalties.
- Support smooth handover from sales to operations and ensure scope clarity.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and operations for the Pull of the material.
- Maintain pipeline with regular update.
- Modernization order intake and revenue.
- Build customer strong relationship
Mobility needs you
We Elevate.... Your background:
- Bachelor's degree degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 45 years of experience in Sales and Modernization, preferably in elevator or vertical transportation projects.
- Strong knowledge of elevator industry processes (installation, commissioning, moderni-zation).
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
