Provide On-Call support to Level-2 on request basis
Product Industrialization (Market watch, Product Study, Release Management, L2 Knowledge Transfer, Service Management)
Validate the customer requirements & work on the customer design & Prepare the Low Level Design
Provide support to the Pre-Sales teams for validating the build process
Build & Integration support for complex customer projects
Perform the initial Deployment and Validation of software/hardware
Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all major problems
Regular uploads of Problem Record details in our entity Known Error Database
votre profil
- Very good understanding of monitoring tools (Ex. Zabbix , Truesight , SNMP concepts , MS SCOM & Testing scenarios solutions ) .
- Expert on Redhat Linux OS system administration (Certificate is a plus)
- Very good understanding of IT & networking fundamentals (CCNA is a plus).
- Good Understanding in coding (PHP programming , Java & Python scripting skills )
- Good understanding in DB administration ( Postgre SQL/MYSQL) .
- Very Good understanding of VMware Technologies and MS Windows server .
- Good Presentation skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation).
- Very good communication skills.

Educational background:
- Computer, Communications or Electronics B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
- Soft Skill/Business Courses (Time management, facilitation skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills ...) is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of IT professional experience.
