We are currently hiring a Motion Designer for
a digital insurance company inKSA on a
remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animated content that bring ideas to life across digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging visual storytelling
- Develop dynamic assets for campaigns, social media, and digital products that align with brand identity and tone
- Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and tools to keep the brand's motion identity fresh and innovative
- Design and animate content for social media, digital ads, and video campaigns
- Create motion graphics for product explainers, event videos, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animation concepts
- Edit and enhance video content with smooth transitions, text animations, and visual effects
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video outputs
- Optimize animations for multiple formats including web, mobile, and social media
- Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field (required)
Experience & Knowledge:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual rhythm
- Experience with animated typography, infographics, and explainer videos
- Knowledge of sound design integration for motion graphics
- Familiarity with Figma or other digital collaboration tools
- Understanding of video formats, compression, and export settings for various platforms
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
