Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics and 3D assets for videos, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and CMO to understand project objectives and deliver innovative solutions.
- Transform creative briefs and storyboards into creative videos with smooth transitions, stunning visual effects, and engaging sound.
- Utilize tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Blender to produce visually appealing content.
- Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all animation projects to ensure consistent and cohesive representation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in motion graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience, a keen eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a creative flair for producing stunning visual content.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and 3D Artist (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Excellent knowledge of motion graphics techniques, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
- Interest in new and emerging mediums and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
