Job Summary:
The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for leading the creation of high-quality motion graphics and animated content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives. The role requires strong creative vision, advanced technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery while mentoring junior team members.

- Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Lead creative concept development for motion projects in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
- Translate static designs and brand guidelines into engaging animated visuals.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to present creative ideas.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all motion content.
- Edit video content, including sound design, transitions, and visual effects.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms (social media, web, paid ads, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to junior motion designers and creative team members.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support business needs and creative direction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 47 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and motion expertise.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Experience working on digital marketing campaigns and performance-driven content.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
