We are currently recruiting a Motor Claims Clerk for our client based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Purpose:
To accurately and promptly register, process, and support all types of motor claims in the system, ensuring compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards while providing operational support to the claims team and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Claims Registration & Processing: Register and process all types of motor claims, including:
- Own Damage Claims
- Third-Party Claims
- Notifications from other insurance companies
- Orange Card Claims
- Property Damage Claims
- Bodily Injury Claims
2.Document Review:
- Review police reports and claim documents to identify discrepancies, missing information, or non-covered cases.
3.Issuing LPOs:
- Issue LPOs to approved garages, agencies, and workshops within authority limits.
4.Client Interaction:
- Communicate directly with clients (as needed) to obtain required information or documentation for proper claim registration and processing.
5.Inquiry Handling:
- Handle and respond to motor claims-related inquiries from clients, garages, and internal teams.
6.System Accuracy:
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and reliable claim logging in the system in line with company SLA and turnaround time requirements.
7.Operational Support:
- Assist senior claims staff with operational tasks and case follow-ups.
8.Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure full adherence to company procedures, turnaround times, and service quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in motor claims registration within an insurance company.
- Good knowledge of different motor claim types and basic policy coverage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors or inconsistencies in documents.
- Graduate (Engineering Graduate preferred)
- Min 3-4 years of underwriting and claims experience in Engineering, Property, and Casualty lines of business
- Able to handle workload pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team attitude.
