Area of Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of Branch motor claims regulations.
- Sound knowledge of Road and Motor Vehicle regulations.
- Sound knowledge of Fraud regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of fraud management processes, from defining the detection alarms to the management process of each case.
- Responsible for accounting fraud savings from each business line (according to the methodology defined by the Mediterranean region.
- Responsible for the functional definition of developments to make our claims management tools to implement fraud alerts and management processes of the same.
- Responsible for obtaining the supporting documentation to prove the motor fraud cases with claims turnaround time within the SAMA guidelines.
- Ensuring that the process acquires a level of fraud effectively enough not to alter the cycle time of claims in those cases the potential fraud that ultimately cannot be proven.
Minimum requirements of role:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance and risk management , or related field.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in insurance or related field.
