MSP Programme Management Specialist Europe
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Programme Management Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs across multiple European countries. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of recruitment services.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for local hiring managers and manage temporary recruitment requests.
- Partner with third-party vendors: briefing, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and contractor management.
- Ensure compliance and manage vendor performance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide data-driven insights and support resource planning to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Optimize costs through market analysis and competitive bidding.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in MSP/Vendor Management Services and the staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment legislation across Europe.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
