Role Description
We are seeking a full-time MT5 Administrator to join our team on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee, configure, and manage the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, managing plugins and server configurations, setting up user accounts, and ensuring seamless trading operations for all clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve platform functionality and maintain system security and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform.
- Configure trading groups, symbols, spreads, leverage, commissions, and swaps.
- Manage client account creation, KYC approval coordination, and account permissions.
- Monitor trading activity, exposure, margin levels, and risk parameters.
- Integrate and manage liquidity providers and bridge configurations.
- Handle dealer plugin settings and A-book/B-book configurations.
- Investigate trade disputes, slippage issues, and execution complaints.
- Perform daily reconciliation and reporting (trading volume, deposits, withdrawals).
- Maintain server security, backups, and uptime.
- Coordinate with CRM, payment gateway, and liquidity provider integrations.
- Provide technical support to internal sales and dealing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience as MT5 Administrator in a brokerage firm.
- Strong understanding of forex, CFDs, leverage, margin, and trading operations.
- Experience with liquidity bridges and risk management tools.
- Knowledge of B-book / A-book models.
- Familiarity with dealing desk operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MT5 Manager & Administrator modules.
- Knowledge of plugins, APIs, and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of VPS hosting and server infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems integrated with MT5.
- Compliance awareness (KYC/AML).
