About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, as well as joinery and painting. This site-based role focuses on carrying out maintenance, repair, and renovation works across high-end residential villas and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, especially during renovations where quick, practical solutions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Perform minor joinery/carpentry and painting works for maintenance and renovation projects
• Identify problems, troubleshoot on site, and implement practical solutions
• Read and follow MEP and architectural drawings during execution
• Inspect completed works and ensure high-quality standards
• Assist with material requests, quantity take-offs, and proper usage on site
• Maintain safety standards, tools, and work areas at all times

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
• Practical joinery and painting skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Physically fit and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant UAE experience
• Experience in luxury residential villas and commercial buildings
• Background in renovation and maintenance
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of materials, fittings, and site tools
• Technical diploma or degree
• Valid UAE driving license advantageous
