Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Multilingual Travel Operations and Crisis Management Specialist. The role involves managing travel arrangements for clients, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating travel operations, and responding effectively to travel-related crises. Other responsibilities include communication with vendors and stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery of travel services in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Knowledge of Business Travel and its operational processes
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises efficiently
  • Familiarity with travel-related tools and technologies is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in travel or customer service fields
