Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Multilingual Travel Operations and Crisis Management Specialist. The role involves managing travel arrangements for clients, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating travel operations, and responding effectively to travel-related crises. Other responsibilities include communication with vendors and stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery of travel services in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Knowledge of Business Travel and its operational processes
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises efficiently
- Familiarity with travel-related tools and technologies is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in travel or customer service fields
