Murex Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Murex Business Analyst to join our team in the Gulf region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to our Murex trading platform and ensuring its smooth operation and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for Murex trading platform
• Configure and customize Murex modules to meet business needs
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Perform functional and regression testing on Murex system upgrades and enhancements
• Provide end-user support and training on Murex system functionality
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate parties and work towards timely resolution

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience as a Murex Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Murex trading platform and its modules, including MX.3, MLC, FO, and BO
• Experience in configuring and customizing Murex modules to meet business needs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial instruments and trading operations
• Experience in Agile methodology and project management
• Certification in Murex system administration or development is a plus
