Nail & Eyelash Trainer

Riva Institute of Aesthetics is a premier beauty and wellness training institute offering full-time, part-time, and weekend courses in hair, nail, and beauty therapy. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the institute is accredited by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA), as well as the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) UK. Our courses range from short intensive programs to comprehensive one-year beauty therapy courses, preparing students for the DHA exam. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to advance their careers in the beauty and wellness industry, including opportunities to work as licensed beauty therapists or spa and brand managers in the UAE and beyond.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nail & Eyelash Trainer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Nail & Eyelash Trainer will be responsible for designing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, educating students in a professional and engaging manner, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and skills development. The trainer will also provide personalized support to students, monitor their progress, and incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

• Strong Teaching, Training, and Education skills, with the ability to deliver courses effectively and inspire students
• Proficient in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create structured and comprehensive modules
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and provide constructive feedback
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards
• Relevant certifications in nail and eyelash techniques and experience in beauty training
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a strong asset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in education, beauty therapy, or related fields is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
