Role Description
The National Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national accounts to drive sustainable business growth. Daily tasks include developing and implementing strategic account management plans, conducting regular client meetings, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives, deliver exceptional customer service, and support sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, business development, and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills, contract management expertise, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with market trend analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives or environmentally conscious business practices is a strong asset
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in B2B industries or similar markets is beneficial
