As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a National Head of Sales in one of our newest divisions in KSA, Arabian Frontier Company MHERO & VOYAH. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

Develop and execute the national sales strategy to exceed targets and grow market share across all regions, segments, and sales channels.

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to foster a high-performance culture, setting KPIs and managing performance to drive continuous improvement.

Oversee all operational sales activities, including daily performance tracking, inventory optimization, dealership support, and resolving customer escalations.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, corporate clients, OEMs, dealers, and distributors to expand network strength and capitalize on opportunities.

Ensure integrated business execution by aligning sales with marketing and after-sales programs, overseeing pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

Who you are

You have 1015 years of progressive automotive sales experience, preferably in Passenger Cars, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large, multi-location networks or national sales operations.

You possess in-depth knowledge of the KSA automotive market, including consumer behavior, competition, and regulatory standards, and are skilled in national strategy development and execution.

You are a proven leader skilled in coaching and motivating large, cross-regional teams to build accountability and drive high performance.

You are proficient in sales analytics, KPI tracking, inventory planning, and using CRM/DMS systems, with an understanding of diverse revenue streams and pricing strategies.

You are a strategic problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, committed to outstanding service, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
