Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for decomposing core indicators of the annual sales targets for the UAE regional market and ensuring target achievement.

2. Formulate the annual budget plan for the UAE region and develop pathways to achieve annual business objectives.

3. Manage regional market operations, analyze competitive landscape in the UAE, and formulate corresponding countermeasures.

4. Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts in the UAE regional market.

5. Drive new market expansion in the UAE, and oversee store planning, design and construction.

6. Improve operational performance of distributors in the UAE region and ensure their compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

2. Work Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, dealer management or international trade. Experience in automotive, high-end consumer goods, or overseas assignment is preferred.

Proven experience in UAE market operations and dealer management.

3. Competencies:

Insightfulness: Keen insight into market trends and ability to accurately translate customer needs into actionable plans.

Innovation: Strong sense of innovation and learning agility; good at summarizing experience and carrying out business innovatively to meet customer needs.

Coordination & Integration: Excellent cross-departmental and cross-team communication and coordination skills; ability to integrate resources to maximize value.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with English as working language.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
