Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and leading the sales operations across national or designated geographic region to achieve or exceed the sales target. In addition, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement high level sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive market to identify opportunities and threats.
Plan, direct, and control the sales business strategies and activities of the sales group to achieve team sales target, and market share targets
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide Feedback and Coaching to his/her District Managers and ensure their development through regular field visits.
Time Management
- Prioritization: Identifying and focusing on tasks that offer the highest value.
- Scheduling: Allocating specific times for different tasks to enhance productivity of his team.
- Goal Setting: Establishing clear objectives to be executed efficiently.
Prepare the team's sales budgets and present it in a timely manner to the senior management.
Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost effectiveness.
Work closely with the Marketing department to ensure building and execution of marketing strategy.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance and ROI.
Analyze customer interactions and sales data through monitoring CRM System.
Monitor and analyses sales performance matrix and provide regular reports to senior management, including inventory stock levels and sales forecasting.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policy, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or Science
Experience: Proven 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3+ years in managerial or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area relevant to the company's products.
