Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The National Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage and support the sales team, and ensure successful achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include business planning, managing client accounts, budgeting, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires leadership in guiding and motivating the team while collaborating effectively with other departments to align objectives.

Qualifications

  • PHARMACIST, Vet Medicine , Science
  • Must have maximum 3 years experience in same position
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to prepare effective strategies and financial forecasts.
  • Proven skills in Sales and Account Management to develop client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in Team Management, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to a dynamic market environment.
