Job Title: Native Mobile App Developer (SwiftUI + Kotlin + Flutter + React Native)

We are looking for a highly capable Native Mobile App Developer with strong cross-platform skills and deep experience across SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure services and mobile app integration patterns, and must be comfortable working with AI-powered features, voice assistants like Siri, and modern mobile SDKs. This is a flexible role that requires availability for weekend shifts based on a rotating schedule, in line with product release cycles and critical uptime requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain native and cross-platform mobile apps using SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native
- Integrate Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Notification Hub, Azure AD B2C, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Build AI-powered features such as voice assistant integration (SiriKit, Google Assistant), CoreML, TensorFlow Lite, Azure ML, OCR, real-time transcription
- Implement secure architecture with biometrics, encryption, and Azure Key Vault
- Build WebRTC-based video/audio modules, voice chat, and real-time communication features
- Integrate REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIs
- Manage full lifecycle of app publishing on App Store and Play Store
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver great mobile experiences
Requirements:
- Proficient in Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter (Dart), and React Native (JS/TS)
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration (AD B2C, Storage, API Management, CI/CD, Monitor, Application Insights)
- Experience with voice assistant SDKs and on-device AI features
- Deep understanding of mobile state management and background task execution
- Skilled in performance tuning, security, and mobile analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-900, AI-102)
- Experience with Compose Multiplatform or Jetpack Compose
- Worked on high-scale public apps in health, legal, or fintech sectors
- Familiarity with DevOps and agile development environments
Work Schedule:
- Must be flexible to work weekends based on a rotational roster
- May require late-night or on-call deployments for global teams

Education:
