Key Skills
- Knowledge in GGLeap System will be a plus
- Basic understanding to Operate a gaming PC eg. assembly/disassembly, formatting pc,cloning
- Strong Technical Troubleshooting skills
- Hardware and software Troubleshooting and basic networking
- Provide support to guest/clients having issues using there computers
- Provide assistance trouble shooting games eg. online/Lan games
- Gaming Background and other gaming flat forms is a plus
- Availability to work under pressure with less supervision
- Knowledge about Online/Lan Games in a Gaming environment field
- must have transferable visa 18
- Preferred immediate joiners or have less than 1 month notice period
