Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the company's representative to governmental authorities, municipalities, and external stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations related to permits, approvals, contracts, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of regulatory and administrative processes.
- Follow up on licenses, permits, and official documentation required for project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public entities, partners, and service providers.
- Manage communication with external parties in a professional and effective manner.
- Resolve conflicts and address objections that may arise during project implementation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official communications related to public relations and negotiation activities.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support project teams by facilitating smooth and effective communication with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Relations, Mass-Communication, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in negotiation, public relations, stakeholder management, or corporate communications.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government entities, vendors, partners, and the public.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Previous experience dealing with governmental authorities, municipalities, or regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of legal, contractual, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong networking skills and public-facing experience.
- Willingness to travel when required.
