Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clientsa global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Role Purpose

experienced Enterprise Network Engineer (L2) to support and manage large-scale network environments. The role involves handling managed services, troubleshooting complex network issues, and supporting voice-related solutions in an enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure in a managed services environment
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to MPLS networks
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management as per SLA
  • Support and maintain voice-related solutions (IP Telephony, VoIP, Call Manager, etc.)
  • Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, and service providers for complex issues
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
  • Participate in network changes, maintenance activities, and upgrades
  • Maintain proper documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Networking
  • Good knowledge of MPLS, routing, and switching
  • CCNP-level knowledge (certification not mandatory; courses/working knowledge acceptable)
  • Experience in Managed Services environments
  • Hands-on exposure to Voice / Unified Communications solutions
  • Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
  • Ability to work in shifts/on-call support as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 78+ years of relevant network support experience
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-site environments
  • Locally available candidates preferred for faster onboarding
