Design, implement, configure, and maintain network security solutions including next-generation firewalls, VPNs (site-to-site and remote access), IDS/IPS, and network security policies.
Monitor and analyze security events and network traffic to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
Perform firewall rule management, change requests, and security hardening in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.
Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning, risk analysis, and remediation coordination.
Troubleshoot network and security issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of security systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of engineering
Minimum 4-7 Years of Experience working as Network Security Engineer.
Strong knowledge of network security principles, architectures, and protocols, with hands-on skills in deploying, configuring, and operating security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
Proven ability to analyze security events, troubleshoot network and security incidents, and implement effective mitigation measures.
Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Security.
Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, or equivalent security certifications are preferred.
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
Practical knowledge of security applications including next-generation firewalls, VPN technologies, SIEM platforms, vulnerability management tools, and network monitoring solutions. Cloud security exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
