Job Description:
Summary/Objective
We are looking for a dynamic Network & Security Engineer to join our growing team at Twaasol. This is a hybrid role for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical implementation while also engaging in technical presales and customer-facing activities.
If you have a strong background in networking infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Wireless) and enjoy translating technology into real business value, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle by designing technical proposals (BOM/SOW) for clients and seamlessly transitioning into the hands-on implementation phase.
- Network Infrastructure: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Wireless Access Points, Routers, and Switches (Access & Core layers) to ensure robust connectivity.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor during sales meetings, conducting demos and presentations to explain how our solutions meet client business needs.
- Security & Optimization: Implement network security best practices and manage Firewalls/Security products (preferred) to protect client assets.
- Documentation & Handoff: Ensure all projects are delivered with excellence, maintaining clear documentation, diagrams, and asset registers for a smooth handover.
Requirements:
- Experience: 46 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering.
- Technical Core: Strong command of L2/L3 switching, routing protocols, and wireless technologies.
- Hybrid Skill Set: A unique ability to balance technical configuration work with presales activities (proposal writing and presentations).
- Bonus Points: Experience with Firewalls and Security products is a major plus.
- Experience with Cisco solutions or working with a system integrator is a strong advantage.
