L3 Network & Security Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
L3 Network & Security Support Engineer to be deployed on-site at a customer location. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise network and security technologies, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage complex incidents across multiple OEM platforms. Experience with SD-WAN solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for Network & Security infrastructure at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and security appliances.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Work closely with customer IT teams, vendors, and internal escalation teams.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain network and security devices as per best practices.
- Support change management activities including upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the network environment.
- Document configurations, SOPs, incident reports, and technical solutions.
- Adhere to SLAs, compliance, and security policies defined by the customer.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Network & Security support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.
- OEM certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing environments.
