Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, system health checks, and performance monitoring across all ELV & IT systems
- Perform configuration backups and ensure system stability
- Maintain documentation and update system records
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network, CCTV, access control, wireless, VoIP, IPTV, and other ELV systems
- Handle end-user connectivity issues and system failures
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for major faults and escalations
- Manage network switches, VLANs, DHCP, and firewall systems
- Configure interfaces, ports, and connectivity requirements
- Support wireless systems including WLC, access points, and SSIDs
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems including cameras, VMS, and recording servers
- Handle camera replacements and system integration
- Support ADMCC compliance, documentation, and inspections
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems including:
- Access Control
- Digital Signage & Media Players
- Background Music Systems
- Intercom Systems
- IPTV Systems
- ANPR & Parking Systems
- Concourse Lighting Systems
- Voice Gateway & VoIP Systems
- Configure access rights, VLANs, WLANs, and system policies
- Manage operation timings, announcements, and media scheduling
- Install and configure hardware such as switches, cameras, APs, and PDUs
- Update as-built drawings and technical documentation
- Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and reports
- Ensure compliance with client and authority requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV & IT systems operation and maintenance
Strong knowledge of:
- Networking (Switching, VLAN, DHCP, Wireless)
- CCTV & Security Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower)
- Experience in troubleshooting multi-system integrated environments
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and technical documentation is an advantage
