Position Overview
The IT & Network/Server Engineer will handle networking infrastructure, server setup, system administration, and overall IT environment optimization. This role is critical as the company migrates its ERP to a private server.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
Configure network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs).
Ensure server security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
Manage domain, DNS, email, and cloud/hybrid networking.
Install and maintain operating systems (Linux and/or Windows Server).
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Support the ERP migration process and work closely with the Odoo Developer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years in IT networking, system administration, or server management.
Strong knowledge of server virtualization (VMWare, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian) and networking equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik).
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing, VPNs, and security protocols.
Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly.
