Job Summary
We are seeking a
Nexthink Certified Implementation Engineer for a short-term assignment focused purely on the end-to-end implementation of the Nexthink platform. The engineer will lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Nexthink to support enhanced end-user experience monitoring and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Nexthink platform components.
- Install and configure Nexthink Collectors, Engines, Portals, and related modules.
- Integrate Nexthink with existing ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Configure dashboards, analytics, investigations, and alerts as per customer use cases.
- Perform data mapping, validation, and customizations based on business requirements.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Nexthink performance during deployment.
- Prepare documentation for design, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Provide handover sessions, basic training, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Nexthink Certification (Mandatory) e.g., Nexthink Professional / Expert / Implementation Certification.
- Proven experience in Nexthink deployment and implementation (minimum 23 successful projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of End-User Experience (EUX), endpoint monitoring, IT analytics, and automation.
- Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM/monitoring tools.
- Hands-on skills in Windows, Linux, networking, and endpoint environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
