We are currently recruiting a Night Duty Manager for our client based in Dubai, UAE.
Ps: This is a 12 Months and renewable contract role.
Job Summary:
To oversees all night-time operations across the commercial community/venue, ensuring a safe, efficient, and highquality experience for guests and staff. The role manages F&B outlets, nightlife activities, housekeeping, safety compliance, parking/traffic flow, and guest relations while leading the night shift team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Night Operations Management
- Supervise all night operations across F&B, events, housekeeping, and common areas.
- Coordinate with Security to ensure safety, emergency readiness, and incident resolution.
2. Guest Relations & Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during night hours.
- Resolve complaints, gather feedback, and support strategies to enhance guest experience.
3. Staff Leadership
- Manage night shift team schedules, performance, and communication.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, service-oriented work environment.
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, F&B standards, and venue policies.
- Conduct inspections and support continuous process improvements.
5. Parking & Traffic Control
- Oversee parking and valet operations for efficient service.
- Monitor and manage traffic flow around the venue, especially during peak hours.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain nightly operational logs, incident reports, and guest feedback.
- Prepare summaries for management on performance, issues, and customer experience.
7. Business Development Support
- Assist commercial teams with initiatives to increase footfall and improve nightlife/F&B offerings.
- Provide insights to enhance marketing campaigns and activations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Events Management (preferred).
- Experience in hospitality/nightlife/venue operations in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, F&B policies, and traffic/parking management.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools; fluent in English.
