Role Description
This is a full-time Night Receptionist role located on-site at Mondrian Doha in Qatar. The Night Receptionist will handle front desk operations during nighttime hours, including providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls with professionalism, and managing various clerical and administrative tasks. The role requires ensuring smooth communication with guests, addressing inquiries, and creating a welcoming environment during the night shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to foster positive guest experiences
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and excellent phone etiquette
- Competency in clerical skills, including basic office administration
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently during nighttime hours and handle responsibilities confidently
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with booking and reservation systems is advantageous
