Job Purpose
Monitor data center infrastructure systems 24/7. Detect, log, and respond to alarms and incidents, ensuring timely escalation as per defined procedures. Maintain continuous visibility of site health and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CCTV, and access control systems continuously
- Respond to all alarms within defined SLAs (acknowledge, assess, and act)
- Log all incidents accurately in the ticketing system with correct classification and priority
- Escalate incidents as per escalation matrix to relevant teams
- Perform hourly system health checks and document status
- Monitor environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and power
- Track open incidents and follow up on resolution progress
- Communicate with site teams and stakeholders during incidents as required
- Generate daily NOC reports covering incidents, alarms, and system status
- Conduct shift handovers with clear and comprehensive updates
- Maintain NOC logs and documentation
- Support remote hands requests in coordination with site teams

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in NOC, monitoring, or technical support roles
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, BMS)
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
