Job Description

We are seeking NOC Support Engineers (L1 & L2), responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of telecom network infrastructure, including SBC, media gateway, and softswitch environments. The role focuses on 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and maintenance activities within a Network Operations Center (NOC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the telecom network.
  • Monitor and supervise network components to ensure continuous, fault-free operation.
  • Detect, analyze, and troubleshoot issues using DIH and OAM tools.
  • Handle network incidents and user-reported complaints, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Take ownership of incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
  • Maintain detailed incident logs, root cause analysis, and resolution records.
  • Support network performance and availability through proactive monitoring.
  • Manage planned maintenance windows, ensuring smooth execution and post-maintenance stability.
  • Report network faults and system issues to relevant support and engineering teams.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of SBC, Media Gateways, and Softswitch technologies
  • Experience with Ribbon solutions is preferred; however, experience with Ericsson, Oracle, Nokia, Cisco, or Huawei is also acceptable
  • Experience in telecom NOC operations and incident management
  • Familiarity with SRE practices (monitoring, reliability, automation)
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
  • Good understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP)
  • Arabic language skills: intermediate level

This is a 12 months contract with potential extension for another 2 years
