Non Executive Director

The Management Recruitment Group is establishing a formal advisory presence in the Kingdom as part of its continued Middle East expansion.

We are seeking to appoint a number of Saudi-based Non-Executive Directors to support the strategic growth of our Saudi platform. These are newly created, retainer-based advisory positions aligned to our long-term commitment to the Kingdom.

MRG operates across executive search and specialist recruitment within the built environment, partnering with developers, contractors and major project entities across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The appointed NED will provide senior-level credibility and facilitate strategic introductions across our core market sectors. This is not an operational role. It is focused on influence, access and market positioning.

Scope

• Facilitate introductions to senior decision makers across real estate development, construction, infrastructure and related sectors
• Support market positioning at board and C suite level
• Provide strategic perspective on local market dynamics
• Participate in quarterly advisory discussions

Profile

• Established Saudi executive with a strong reputation in the Kingdom
• Extensive network aligned to real estate, major projects or professional services
• Board or advisory experience preferred
• Commercially minded with an interest in supporting growth platforms

This is a part-time advisory role on retainer, structured to align with strategic contribution and market impact.
