Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing ( / ) or equivalent. Valid nursing license to practice in Kuwait.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; recent graduates with internship or residency experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology; familiarity with Kuwait healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
