About Green Grass Nursery Green Grass Nursery (GGN), established in 2013, is one of Dubai's top-rated British boutique nurseries — and the first fully bilingual Arabic-English nursery in the city. We serve children aged 1–5 across two locations, following the EYFS framework and Reggio Emilia approach in a nurturing, child-led environment. All our educators are KHDA-approved and hold Level 3 qualifications or degrees in early childhood education.

The Role We're looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the daily operations and overall direction of our nursery. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with meaningful impact on children, families, and a dedicated team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Curriculum implementation and continuous quality improvement
• Staff scheduling, mentoring, and professional development
• Safeguarding policy compliance and KHDA regulatory standards
• Family relations, admissions, and parent communication
• Facility coordination and accurate record-keeping

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree or recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Proven 5 years experience as a nursery management in Dubai .
• Strong knowledge of EYFS; Reggio Emilia experience is a plus
• Up-to-date safeguarding training and child protection expertise
• Excellent communication skills; English proficiency required.
• Familiarity with UAE nursery regulations and KHDA requirements
