We are hiring a Nursery Manager, Russian speaker, for a well reputed Nursery in Dubai, Jumeirah.
As a Manager you will play a vital role to provide a safe environment for the children and to establish a high quality and financially sustainable center, overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day business and administrative practices. You will supervise faculty (teaching staff), administrative employees and children. The primary responsibility will be to provide instructional leadership, managing and leading the staff and overseeing the facility and budget and for providing for the overall wellbeing of the children.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead and support teaching and administrative staff ensuring that children reach their full potential
- Monitoring and supporting instructional activities, participating in staff development, having knowledge of curriculum and standards, evaluate the instructional practices of early childhood teachers.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures for the setting and local authority procedures
- Planning and carrying out activities in line with the requirements of the early years foundation stage (EYFS). This involves developing work schemes and lesson plans to motivate children and imaginatively using resources to help them learn
- Working as an educational leader in charge of the management of policies, regulations and procedures to ensure that all the children are being supervised in a safe and caring educational environment
- Supervising the curriculum in addition to promoting the philosophy of the center
- Communicate effectively with parents and work with them as needed for their child's development and education
Qualifications/Requirements:
- CACHE 5 or equivalent
- Russian speaker is mandatory
- Previous experience as a lead teacher/manager or in a similar nursery leadership role
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
- Working knowledge of the EYFS and the Russian curriculum
- Strong interpersonal skills
