Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Sharjah. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, implementing educational programs, and supervising staff. The role also involves communicating with parents, staff, and regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with all safeguarding and nursery management regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Experience in a managerial role within a nursery or early childhood education setting
• strong knowledge of Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) guidelines and compliance requirements
• Strong skills in Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Early Years
• Prior experience in an educational setting is a plus
