Job Title: OAS Team Lead (Oracle Analytics Server & BI delivery activities) Arabic Speaker
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OAS Team Lead to lead the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) delivery track, ensuring high-quality BI solutions aligned with organizational standards. The role involves managing RPD data models, overseeing dashboard and reporting development, and leading BI initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) track and BI delivery activities.
Design, develop, and maintain RPD repository models and semantic layers.
Oversee development of dashboards, KPIs, and BI Publisher reports.
Ensure adherence to BI architecture, governance, and development standards.
Manage and mentor the OAS team, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize BI solutions.
Coordinate with data engineering and IT teams for data integration and enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of BI experience with strong expertise in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
Hands-on experience with RPD modeling, dashboards, KPIs, and BI Publisher.
Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
Experience leading BI teams and enterprise reporting initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Language Requirement
Arabic proficiency is required.
English fluency required.
