Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Doctor to be a key player in the implementation and management of their health services strategy. As part of their dedicated Health Services team, you will help shape the health programs that support the well-being of their employees at one of the largest petrochemical companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health Program Development: Assist the Health Director in creating and implementing health assessments and programs tailored to employee groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal health services frameworks.
  • Medical Assessments: Conduct pre-employment work fitness assessments, annual checkups, and issue fitness certificates to ensure employees meet required health standards.
  • Injury on Duty (IOD) Management: Manage IOD cases, providing assessments, reporting, and coordination with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Act as a liaison between the Health Director, service providers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely action on health-related issues.
  • Health Services Implementation: Participate in developing and maintaining health services systems, management programs, and guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Support auditing and monitoring to ensure compliance with service agreements, high-quality performance, and effective management of medical records.
  • System Expertise: Become proficient in Occupational Health Management Systems (ODMS) and Occupational Health Information Management System, offering consultancy and guidance as needed.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Contribute to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and ensure comprehensive health support for employees.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Medical Bachelor and Bachelor of Surgery; a Master's degree or higher in Occupational Health (PhD or Fellowship preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years in Occupational Health or a related field with expertise in managing health programs, conducting employee wellness assessments, and injury management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset for working across multiple departments.
